All other contents such as optional 2D Movie, Pictures, Floor Plans are the property of Rick A Chez Clients.

6 Months Free Cloud Storage of your Property
Subsequent Months can be Invoiced at $25.00 Per Month, otherwise, it will be removed from the Matterport Cloud.

  • 3 Dimensional  Digital Showcase with an Interactive Dollhouse,
  • Teaser Video (10 seconds MP4 Video), for Social Media Sites, YouTube, Email etc.
  • Special “Pop-Up” Meta Tag with Realtor’s information and Website,
  • HTML Email shareable Branded Web Link, and an Embedded <I Frame> Code for insertion into Websites.
  • MLS Compliant Unbranded Web Link, for insertion into the Paragon MLS “Virtual Tour” field.
  • Branded Floor Plan in PDF format, measurements are “wall to wall”, and for illustration purposes only.
  • QR Code, Branded to Realtor, plays the 3D Video. Publish to Feature Sheets. Signage, Print Publications, Web-Sites.
    (QR Code readers are downloadable from App Stores and also by using your Phone Camera).
  • Three or Four  2D High Resolution Digital Still Photos per Room. (Use your Photographer, get a 20% reduction.)

Note: Pictures are extracted from the 3D Video and not Photoshopped.

Payments
E-Transfers, Cash or Check.
Visa, MC, Amex are subject to a 3.5% Service Fee.

Virtual Tours are hosted on a Cloud Based Platform and subject to a monthly fee. Rick A Chez provides 6 months FREE hosting.
A $25 Fee will be billed monthly after the 6 months expiration date.
If payment is not received within 14 business days, Rick A Chez has all rights to remove a Virtual Tour from the hosting platform.
After removal of the virtual tour, Social Media shareable links and embed codes will not function.
